I have used first fix recently to tide me over but had worked for them a few years previously. All a very good team, and gave me a nice local job. Paid every week without problem and even chased up my timesheet when I forgot to send it. Would recommend and use again when required. Thanks Lee and team.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! I've been in the trade over 20 years but told by an office dweller that one of my references was to busy to answer his questions. These agencies have got to go, money for old rope. Judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one who thinks this.

Got contacted on Friday about a job they wanted me to start on the following Monday. Linked up, got registered and got my details sent across - cards tickets references ETC. I then ask to confirm my Monday start and I then find out they hadn't bothered to ring my references, and they weren't going to ring them until Monday, (other proper agencies - contact my references within the hour) therefore my Monday start wouldnt be happening. Wasted my time, and it's not the first time Ive had my time wasted with first fix either. Don't bother responding to this review, I don't want the excuses. However you can take me off your books.

Excellent company to work for. Never a problem with payment always on time. Very professional staff if any problems occur whilst working on site they would listen to my grievance and get it sorted.

We have used FirstFix on numerous occasions for labour, both skilled and non skilled. Never had any issues and Lee and his team have always managed to sort me out with the right people for the right job. Even at very short notice. Thanks guys !!

I work as an electrician and have worked on projects for FirstFix Recruitment many times over the years. I've never had a problem and I've worked for this agency more than any other. Would definitely recommend.

This bunch of muppets contact you out of the blue, offer work then because you don't have certain references they won't put you forwards for the job!! 41yrs in my trade, done decorating work on all types and even taught it to apprentices but these wet behind the ears need to hear it from others!! I'd never heard of them till yesterday and don't want to hear of them again! Reading the other reviews on here they must be setups because cannot believe they are true! Avoid these like the plague as they won't benefit you!!! If could give a zero I would have!!

I've worked for Lee and his team off and on for many years and always found them first class to deal with. They seem to get good jobs often on long term contracts which always makes them one of my first calls whenever I'm looking for electrical work.
